Cogicode was started after watching the same failure repeat across outsourcing arrangements: the people who sold the project were never the people who built it, and by the time that became obvious the budget was gone.
Cogicode works the opposite way. Engineers are embedded directly into client teams — same repository, same sprint board, same standup — and clients speak to them without an account manager in between. Every engineer is personally vetted by Sandeep before joining a client team.
