Information about pricing on this website, including hourly rates, is indicative. A binding quote is issued only in writing after a scoping discussion, and rates may vary with seniority, specialisation and engagement length.
For client engagements, all code, documentation and deliverables produced by Cogicode Technologies are assigned to the client on the terms of the signed agreement. The Cogicode name, logo and website content remain the property of Cogicode Technologies.
Cogicode Technologies treats client code, data and business information as confidential and will sign a non-disclosure agreement on request before any technical discussion.
This website is provided on an "as is" basis without warranties of any kind. Cogicode Technologies is not liable for any loss arising from reliance on information published here. Liability arising from a client engagement is limited as set out in the signed agreement.
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Engagement agreements may specify a different governing law where the parties agree.
